The have good education resource but need to invest more especially on the leaderships in the unit to be more culturally sensitive

cultural sensitivity and accountability without of been afraid of been judged or fired from job
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better incentives/ benefits . Nurses are going to agency making it harder to provide quality care with less work force. Also, nurse leaders in the unit think their job is to sit on desk and never care if one is having a difficult assignment. Favoritism in job distribution/promotion is high.
