Making sure my patients are safe and satisfied, i work in woman's pavilion so i get a plus when meeting the new little humans.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am putting my health at risk, as well as my body. I am here for our patients but i feel we could be compensated better.
