This is the best hospital I have ever worked at, and during these troubling times I am grateful that Northside has not given in to tyranical politcal pressures and put mandates in place and fired employees who are unwilling to comply as all other area hospitals have done.

Aside from the pay which is good, the pension is rare in this day and agree and is a nice addition too the compensation package.
