I started here 5+ years ago as a temporary employee.. I never thought i would feel so invested and "at home" with something that was "temporary". I'm now full time and have grown tremendously over the past 5 years.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like i'm compensated very fairly. Seems like compensation is always watching and giving when they are able to!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Support, Caring and Passionate! They absolutely always but us first. They training is amazing. They strive to make us better, and help us meet our goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
Hearing about how Northside makes a difference. Our patient care is exceptional. Our staff is always going the extra mile and watching the companies success brings me joy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are very passionate about giving our job our "ALL" but also very mindful of everyones mental health and aware that if we need a 15 minute break to decompress, it's okay to take that!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The transparency of what i was getting myself into was there. They expressed what they were looking for, the challeneges i would face, the volume, ect. They were 100% open and honest and the interview was a stepping stone for success for when i got my foot in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The culture here is unreal! I know i can pick up the phone and call a coworker at anytime, get a questioned answered and have a laugh before the conversation is over. We are a very close team and that is what holds us together during difficult times.
