Northside is like a big welcoming family that is always looking to grow and bring in new family members. They welcome you knowing that you do not know everything, nor do they expect you to know everything....instead, they take you and teach you everything that you don't know.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They treat me as an equal, part of their ever expanding family. They acted as if they'd known me for years on my first day.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people that I work with, i.e., my co-workers in IT, the Doctors, Nurses, and Coordinators. And the quick pace of the work flow. They're all like a giant extended family for me now.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They don't expect you to know everything like other companies do, they expect to help you, train you in things that you don't know and they know that everyone is always learning and growing. They are not judgemental.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the fact that I get paid for my milage, because I drive a lot for Northside, and some companies don't pay it. And I love all of the discounts that I get for just being an employee? Most of them are for companies that I've been with for years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Management Team here at Northside is different from other companies that I've worked for in the past? When they walk up to you & talk to you as an equal (which is totally different from the other companies that I've worked for?), when they tell you that their door is always open, they mean it!
