WE do team interviews. We want the whole team to be involved with who we decide is on the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
WE have a pension plan and that is so amazing in this day and age. Northside really works hard on behalf of its employees!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
So caring and very focused on work life balance. People ask you about your family and how things are going and it is not just from being polite.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are genuinely concerned about each other and it is a very family like atmosphere. Each one is willing to jump in and help out others at any time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really listen to your ideas. They ask your opinion on best course of action and they value it. I really feel like I am involved in the direction of the health system.
