Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have had the opportunity to grow with my company and experience different job titles within the L&D department. The relationships I have built are priceless and i enjoy growing with my work family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is approachable and cares about me.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy it when my team is doing well. I enjoy walking in and people are glad that I am here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really like the PTO package and the Pension that Northside provides us. This is very generous for a large company such as Northside.

I enjoy the amount of PTO I receive for my years of employment with Northside. I am also looking forward to my pension distributions when I retire.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team feels comfortable to bring ideas to the table and I feel listened to when I do that. Our team can open up and not feel uncomfortable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can be myself and not be judged. I am able to open up and ask for feedback. We are kind and say "HI" to people in the hallway.

Our company is environment is like a family. We are very welcoming at the Cherokee Campus and know people by their name. People talk to one another in the hallway.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very transparent. We can discuss challenges and praises and not feel judged. Our trust buckets get filled by being able to open up and share how we feel.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is competent with anything type of patient that walks in the door. They are kind and compassionate for each other and the patients. They love being an L&D employee. .
What makes you most happy at work?
Increasing the number of deliveries, we have each day in L&D. Watching the staff still get excited after the 10 the delivery in the day. I Look forward to lunch as well with my leadership team.
