Overall, my experience at the company has been very positive and exactly what I needed when transitioning from my previous job. The only downside I would mention is that the PTO is not market - it is tiered based on years at the organization. This may be an industry-wide issue, I'm not sure.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has been accessible to me and willing to listen to my advice. The leadership team includes many women in high ranking positions, which is wonderful to see.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has been welcoming and has allowed me to assume more responsibility. My immediate supervisor is understanding of the challenges of being a working mom of young children, particularly during the last few years of the pandemic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about the compensation package is the pension. It is unique in the Georgia healthcare industry and a big benefit for people who have a long-term perspective. In addition, I receive a percentage bonus each year, which I appreciate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People tend to stay at Northside for a long time and they typically elevate from within. I think this sends a strong message about the culture of our company. The emphasis on quality and continuing to improve makes me feel good about where I work.
