Prior to starting here 5 years ago, I had been trying to get hired on with the Northside organization for ten years. The day I got hired, I was extremely excited because I had heard what a great company this is, and I completely agree. They support employee growth and are always trying to improve.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They believe in the fact that "Happy staff creates happy patients."

All of the options that we are given, as well as the pension.

Knowing that I have a part in fostering timely, safe, and effective care for our patients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of acceptability and inclusivity is key here. Fostering positive work environments is important to Northside and its employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt like I could be honest and up front about anything they asked. They made me feel very comfortable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together as a team through the best of times as well as the most difficult. I know they will always have my back if I need them, and vice versus.
