What do you like best about the leadership team?
I work in IT/informatics. I feel like my concerns, issues, and suggestions are really taken into consideration in improving the end user experience in the EHr.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Within IT, I feel that others are genuinely doing their best to address the varied issues that we face daily. It can involve a lot of pivoting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all are willing to work hard and work well together. I don't feel like others are not pulling their weight or not contributing to our collective work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the ability to use my nursing education/skills in a new way and address some issues that have been lingering since we adopted the OneChart Ehr in 2020.
