I like Northside a lot. Only downfall right now is we accrue PTO but wveryone gets denied. Along with being told only 3 weekend shifts required but you end up working a shift every weekend.

Insurance is very good compared to what other hospitals offee.

They walk around and talk to staff and keep communication open about issues.
What makes you most happy at work?
When coworkers get their PTO approved because right now everyone is getting denied.
