For Northside to pay their seasoned and committed employees the wages they deserve. Northside is well known for underpaying their staff.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have good communication and teamwork. We all respect each other and have a good flow to our work even in rough situations.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My unit manager is very invested in the unit and we have a true culture of respect and teamwork. At Forsyth in general, I don't feel that the higher leadership has much say in what happens in Northside as a whole. It seems Forsyth has to do what Atlanta dictates without much input or respect.
