the way our patients are taken well care of
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
we have people who should be fired bc of attendance and lack of job performance alone but management turns a blind eye. even complained to upper management and nothing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They dont listen to our needs and management doesnt do anything. we have many employees who overwork and they nitpick about little stuff. we dont get bonuses or good raises but they spend millions on stupid commercials.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
raises are a joke especially with cost of living going up so much and we get no bonuses or paid holidays. I know several large and small companies that paid holidays and bonuses. we dont get anything like when we first started. this is a mutlibillion dollar company and the employees get nothing.
