I LOVE WORKING AT THIS COMPANY, I'VE EXPERIENCED A LOT OVER THE YEARS, LEARNED MUCH AND LOOK FORWARD TO OPPORTUNITIES. I'VE BUILD MANY RELATIONSHIPS AND COME ACROSS SOME FANTASTIC FRIENDSHIPS. THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND LOOK FORWARD TO MUCH BETTER OPPORTUNITIES IN THE FUTURE.

We have a hard working and dedicated coworkers who goes out of their way to get the job done, they are focused and dedicated team players.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
WE OPERATE AS A WORK FAMILY. THE CULTURE IS MOSTLY POSITIVE BUT THERE IS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT ESPECIALLY WHERE MANAGEMENT IS CONCERNED. THEY NEED TO HOLD ASSOCIATES ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS.
What makes you most happy at work?
DOING A GOOD JOB AND KNOWING THAT YOU TOUCH A PERSON'S LIFE IN SOME SHAPE OR FORM. AND ALSO COMMUNICATING WITH MY COWORKERS. IT'S ALSO WONDERFUL LOOKING TO NEW CHALLENGES AND GROWTH.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because in our department we go above and beyond but at times the effort which we put in is overlooked. A fair market value & merit increase will make me feel as if my hard work and dedication is appreciated. My evaluation does not match the compensation.
