I have an amazing group i work with in the ED at duluth!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Compensation. I have been here 5 years and there are new grad nurses at piedmont making the same pay as me which is insulting
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like a margey adjustment and for my pay to he increased. Other hospitals pay more and i have been offered higher lay at other places and northside wont match what im offered and is okay if i were to leave rather than increase my pay
