Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im on my 16th year at Northside. I have 16 years cardiology experience as UCS. I worked on 5c which was made the covid floor. I would call me a loyal employee. New employees are starting out with higher salary's than I. This is not taking care of your long term loyal employees. Thank you!
