My leadership provides a significant amount of support to not only myself, but the entire department. The education shared by leadership allows me to further my knowledge about Northside and provides opportunities to grow within the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a team! We all help and support each other when needed. When one of us has more work than another or is struggling, we all push up our sleeves and work together. It is the best!!

The people I work with as well as the environment I work in. Everyone is happy and communicates effectively. It is so very refreshing to work for an organization that is committed to the communities it serves and the employees that work at Northside.
