Pension and health insurance (hopefully the insurance will be as good with the new company in January)
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy when I see new nurses become more confident in their skills and successful after their orientation period.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is not gives me the autonomy to complete an assignment without micromanaging me. However, she is there for support if I need her to input to complete the assignment. She also cares about our team and their well-being.
