I wouldn't recommend because I don't work with my friends. My experience has been great, and I foresee bigger and better things happening for me here at Northside.

Let me answer the last question about referring a friend, I don't like referring friends to my place of employment, they can go on website and look. My overall experience with Northside is amazing, i love my job!!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I wish they would make themselves more visible and, get to know us, walk around. more incentives for EVERYONE!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Helping candidates start, solving issues, leading and having my manager and supervisor putting trust in me and my work.

We all have a great time when we come together as one, but we must come together more as one.

Like you stated they care and go above and beyond, to make me want to come to work each and every day.

Again, my department is great and everyday I love what I do, so it makes me happy to come to work, positive vibes.

The gratification of working with candidates that want to work. I just love coming in working with my coworkers, especially my supervisor, manager and leadership
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wish we had options to choose with different insurance company providers, pay raises need to be higher and Northside is not competitive with other hospital for non clinical.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We definitely have increased engagement with each other, also when we are faced with new challenges, our leadership keeps us inspired with a focused vision for our or least my success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together as a team, we all get along no drama, and we have a great supervisor and manager who supports us and fight for us. i think leadership has no idea we are valuable to the company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation Package shows how they value me, of course we all want more at the end of the day, but again I had leadership who saw my value and worth and I hope they will continue to. I do wish we had more Provider options for picking our Benefits plan.
