Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think my role has evolved in a way that warrants more pay.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The open-door policy is truly an open door. My leadership team is always there for me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Northside is really making an effort to lean into the future (eg, allowing for WFH where it makes sense). I love to see us ditching antiquated beliefs and stepping into the current culture with grace. It's NOT what I expected of a hospital (usually hospitals have a reputation for old fashionedness)
