I've been with the company over 8 years, and I have more up three time with in. I like the company, but I feel they can do way better in paying their workers.

That we are a team of women with different backgrounds and views
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have staff that is below me making more money than me. Staff are not even going above and beyond on a daily for the team. A raise in pay that I MYSELF can negotiate with HR. As well as providing resources, education and suggestion. For upcoming years that will continue to raise my pay yearly
