We all work together and we are like family to one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people, we are so diverse here and learn so much from one another. Fun to work with everyone on such a heavy floor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better about my compensation if I was paid enough to afford cost of living. Everything is going up except what we are paid and it is not fair.
