Increase incentives for Techs when we sign up extra .increase market valve pay, Seniority pay, increase tuition reimbursement. employee health for Duluth location. Duluth is often treated like a step child and forgotten about.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Tuition Reimbursement-The yearly rate doesn't cover much , and to expect employees to work for the establishment afterwards is unfair. Typical tuition reimbursement refunds are for each semester. Not a lump sum for the year. better market adjustments.
