My peer team is highly motivated and bring a wealth of experience to our hospital. My team of direct reports are growing professionally and come to work to do what they do best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Financial compensation should be the best in the Atlanta market. Years of successful nursing should be valued and compensated for even if it puts someone over the pay scale, because we want highly talented and wise team members

Their longevity demonstrates their individual commitment to us as team members, our patients and our community. Our CNO supports us and all things that promote high quality patient care and retention of the best of the best at the bedside.
