Anyone who character, integrity, or aspirations and is hoping you will have a supportive team behind you that helps you achieve your goals. Northside is not the place for this. I'm not sure how they're so decorated by Comparably - but it's truly appalling to think Northside could be top rated.

The office truly feels like a family (for better or worse) and everyone knows everyone on a personal level. We all work pretty well.
