What makes you most happy at work?

When I am not working with unprofessional leadership

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Leadership shows little interest in my professional growth. Investing in staff development, offering transparent advancement opportunities, and addressing favoritism would make a difference.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworker issues often stem from leadership's lack of professionalism, favoritism, and cultural bias. A more inclusive, respectful environment with fair treatment for all would improve team cohesion and trust

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

To improve company culture, leadership must eliminate favoritism, address cultural bias, and model professionalism. Staff need to be treated with respect and fairness, not based on personal connections. Transparency and accountability are long overdue.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team needs significant improvement in professionalism, communication, and fairness. Leaders are often overheard speaking negatively about staff, which damages morale and creates a toxic environment. The annual competency process is vague, ambiguous, and challenging to complete.
