They actually meet and greet the new employees. It's great when your leadership knows you by name when you are in the hallway and greet you as well by name

The teamwork is top notch. When it's a bad day the coordinator of the department has no problem coming out of the office leading a hand. My co-workers are all willing to put the same effort in so that we can reach our goals and provide the best patient care
