Being able to create a positive work environment which allows our staff to take care of our patient's needs.

I have not interviewed for a while now but I find that the interview process is fair, structured, and beneficial.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The focus on safety and the focus on Environment of Care. The facilities are clean and maintained well. Any issues that come up are immediately addressed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team thrives on in collaborating to solve any problems or issues that arise. We have dedicated people who take their jobs seriously and understand the critical nature of healthcare and our impact on our patients.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team really cares about healthcare and the quality of care we provide to our patients. They are also very open minded and listen to leadership and staff and are able to provide all of the tools we need to be successful in our positions.
