They are all like minded, hard workers. I think everyone has similar personalities and we all get along very well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They like to create an environment of work hard, play hard. Young team that really wants to see us have a work life balance and enjoy what we do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the compensation was more competitive or there were more opportunities to move up or more around within the department. Bonuses for a job well done would also be nice.
