I have worked at Northside for over 15 years and it is as if I started yesterday. I enjoy my job and feel like I am giving back to the community.

We are a culture of caring individuals.

Our leadership team is transparent with the goals of the organization. They listen to staff and respond accordingly.

Interacting with coworkers, being recognized for doing a great job. Knowing that I am contributing to a wonderful organization.

We have weekly team meetings, discuss high's and lows. We encourage each other and when needed assist with special projects.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the benefit package at Northside is the pension plan. In addition Northside also offers student loan assistance to pay down student educational loans.

Northside is a culture of caring, whether working in a clinical setting or administrative. Patients and their family come first. It is all about giving the best patient experience.

as a team we are there for one and other. We love to interact and do events as a team. We are always looking for ways to get together including volunteering as a team.
