I enjoy my co-workers and interacting with staff. It's also fun to cross train and assist my co-workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is small and we all help each other. Very friendly. My Manager and Supervisor stop by daily to chat.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company as a whole is very involved in the community. As a department we have monthly community service projects which allows us to contribute and socialize with our co-workers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I first met with two Supervisors and then with a small panel from the department. This interaction helped me with a picture of what it would look like to work at Northside.
