My overall experience at Northside Hospital has been life changing. Thinking back over the decade, I have been able to grow in so many ways as a person and an employee. I feel that the work I have done, and will do, is meaningful, and it gives me purpose.

I appreciate that my voice and thoughts matter, and I am always able to reach out for support.

My team is like family. We work well together, we trust each other, and we enjoy what we do!

I appreciate that the leadership team takes time to hear from the staff and really cares about what is felt and needed by all.

The best part of my compensation package is that my salary is fair, I am awarded increases yearly, and I accrue high amounts of PTO.
