We work well together as a team. Open feedback for growth. Good communication. Emotional awareness. We have the same goal of improving patient satisfaction and care. We hold the same values for our unit and support our hospital's and unit's mission statements.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are several hospitals within and some without of the perimeter that pay better. I would like for our company to be the company to beat when it comes to pay. Employees at the different campuses do not get paid the same for doing the same job.
