Night shift is a team, a family and we have each other's back and get the job done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The supervisors are wonderful and have our backs. Supervisors, clinicians, RNs, techs,pcts and ucs staff work as a team and keep our team running.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When you have staff leaving left and right because of scheduling issues, you start to think /realize that you're just a number and easily replaced. At some point in time, the needs of your staff should outweigh the needs of the unit.
