Some of the best things about my team is that we are ONE! As a sports fan, the way I view my team here at Northside is always WE is greater than ME. Even those outside of my department, I always feel socially engaged with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As I've transitioned into a new role at Northside - Cherokee (from Northside Atlanta), the leadership team has made it a priority in getting welcoming the staff. That's definitely a standout. I will forever be grateful to know that I'm more than a number to the organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The family-like environment. It's a priority to engage with anyone I see throughout the hallway, on the elevators or parking decks whether they are patients, families or colleagues. I love the beauty of being able to display who I am which is one who meets no stranger.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best thing about the compensation package is the pension as not all companies offer this. I also think it's great to have optional healthcare plans to fit each family's needs. Having a variety of packages assures us as employees that there is an option to meet our individual or family needs.
What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunity to serve my community makes me happy. To know the smallest things I can provide to my colleagues of which they're appreciative of makes me happy. I am here with a purpose to serve. I'm happy to be an employee of Northside with an opportunity to grow within the job and life itself!
