What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone really wants to do the right thing for the patients and their families. We strive to create a culture of family centered care and patient safety, and are working very hard toward being a high-reliable organization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team understands how to pull together and work as a team. There is good listening, understanding, and collaboration between all of us. Everyone is valued for their knowledge and expertise, and we know how to put it to work for the patients and their families.
