My overall experience has been great, the only downfall would be that I would like to be paid more.

What makes me most happy at work is interacting with my patients, building a relationship with them and being able to help them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my pay should be higher working in a specialty and as a team lead. I would feel better if I was paid my worth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In my environment at work I hear a lot of negativity and complaining from younger co-workers. The most positive culture and environment come from the older coworkers who appreciate that we have a job and the Doctors who create a positive environment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworker in particular has called out numerous times and been allowed to continue to do so with no punishment. She is now recently pregnant and has filed for intermittent leave so now she can call in whenever she wants with no circumstances or punishments to correct this ongoing behavior.
