So far so good. I have just recently started and I am loving it. I am getting in the groove of things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the family culture! Everyone is nice and gets along pretty well.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy is that there is never a dull moment so far. Plenty to do and learn on a daily basis.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the leadership team is so kind and what you to be successful. I feel that everyone here in the HR department has a warm and welcoming spirit.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the fact that it leaves me room to grow and become permanent. It motivates me to go above and beyond so I can take my permanent role with ease when it arrives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that everyone in RN Residency is super nice and sweet and will help with any concerns or questions that I may have to better help my training process as I am taking in all of Northside's knowledge.
