Growth and recognition have taken a little longer within this organization than I have previously noted in other health systems, but I have achieved my goals and am on the right path. Overall, I rate this a great experience.

What makes you most happy at work?
The moments when I get to see the direct impact I make on my coworkers. I also enjoy seeing my coworkers grow and succeed in their dreams/goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary compensation does not match to holding a master's degree in nursing. While holding an ADN and BSN, I felt fairly compensated, I do not feel as if this is true for the money, time, and work put into obtaining an MSN. Either tuition reimbursement or annual salary should be increased.
