Really caring- i received flowers from my direct leader with a sweet note. Her constant kindness, trust in my abilities, and charisma is motivating.
What makes you most happy at work?
The creativity of my role here. I enjoy the support I have from my team and the ability to help others grow in their roles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a paycut for my current role because the benefits were appealing. I checked the market value of my role and I am making significantly lower than what that states on all reputable sites.
