I will put it this way, I spent my entire nursing career which is now going for 7 years and I believe now as I did day 1 that Northside Hospital could be the first and only hospital that I will ever work at.

They have one voice, they never deviate from the message to the entire staff and everyone is approachable

The leadership team cares about their staff and it shows in the little things they make happen on the unit

They all have the one thing that is needed to grow here on 6C, the ability to care, without that you have nothing to build upon
