Compassionate, caring, supportive, kind, nice, resilient, my list could go on for a long time!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Willing to be here when the frontline staff really needed them. Work with the staff to improve their skills both professionally and personally.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I know of other systems that were not able to provide a pay raise for their employees this past year, but Northside was able to.
