What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This team revolves their work around identity politics. Very little guidance or support for schools - just a list of demands. Although the bureaucracy has ballooned small school teams still do all the work with increasing demands. They are, at best, mediocre consultants and political hacks.

Everything is based on your ethnicity or cultural background. Many discriminatory hiring practices towards whites.
