The cost of living has gone up tremendously so an increase would be good, dept bonus/perk, Christmas Bonus, or paid garage parking or perks given to help reduce the cost some.

I graduated from a university with a high grade point average and I am getting paid the same as everyone in my department. I feel like this should be looked over since individuals who paid and are still paying for college took their time and effort to expand their career opportunities and future.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We collaborate a lot to get the job done. If someone has any questions we just shoot a dept teams and whoever knows the answer will respond. this help to limit time on getting things processed.
