What is the best part about your compensation package?
They pay me well enough to where it takes money out of the picture. They also include RSU with each new employee. The vesting schedule is great and they don't play games with 401k and the such. The ESPP program is the best I've ever seen.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is outstanding. It's diverse and there' so much transparency that it's ridicioulous. They also push you to use your volunteer time off and really believe in giving back.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Diversity is a focus at PagerDuty. Both my interviewers were female and the process was designed to remove bias: scripted questions with objective scoring, no years experience set in the job description. They actively seek people with diverse backgrounds.
