What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is top notch, personally invested in everyone's growth and extremely friendly. 10/10 The push for pay is unfortunately out of their hands or I know they would resolve it.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's a very comprehensive package with little cost to the employee

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Support department's pay rate is low, despite our total rewards stating we are in line with the averages. Well I can't hire experienced engineers due to the lack of the ability to offer a competitive salary. I have had to hire people with similar experience in hope they will learn the products

Work very well together to achieve team goals. Very collaborative that is easy to work with and have friendly competition between individuals. Very healthy team environment

What did you like most about the interview process?
Mine was a group interview, but with peers and the manager I would be reporting to. So these were the people I would be interacting with everyday. It was a relaxed conversation style that elicited my soft and hard skills, as well as me emotional intelligence and personality traits.
