Very transparent leadership, open communication along the whole company and all of us know the direction of the company and the milestones that we are achieve and also the aspects we need to improve.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
3 months paid parental leave. This has been life changing as a new parent. Unlimited PTO gives you flexibility to deal with life as it comes. and create real work/life balance.
