  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at PepsiCo?
    Remove top management in Houston. Ever since the new regime moved to Texas a couple years ago, its been horrible. They have removed 2 or 3 managers that were very well respected by all us drivers. Market director for Houston office should have been the first one to go.
