I like that they're really proactive in wanting the best for us and setting us up for success

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about the compensation package is the Yearly bonus

Our EEF (Employee Enrichment Fund) is probably the best part of our current compensation package - annual funds to use towards educational opportunities for career or personal growth (or, in our current state, WFH Office Equipment).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At the time I was being hired, inflation was still rising, my rent was the same as before but fast forward to today, rents gone up by 30% in my city. Given the shortage of labor market, I know i can make much more if i moved.However I enjoy the work I do here. A raise to keep up-with the times.

My team is awesome at always being willing to lean in for discussions, questions, group solutioning, etc.

Meeting/hanging out with my coworkers who are also my friends. I also enjoy the work I do
