What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Education. They don't know squat about the animals they're sending home to people. Training needs to be severely improved.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
COMMUNICATION!!! They never tell you anything, and then chastise you when you don't do it the way they never told you to do it. ?
